Only some flights are included within the package price and those are mentioned in the package description. Flights that you take during the tenure of the trip will be included however; flights that you take to enter or exit the country/city will not be a part of the tour package.
It depends from person to person and also varies by trip. You may contact the trip managers for tour specific packing advice after you’ve booked the tour!
All of the travel and accommodation is included in the price as well as the guides, stated breakfasts, and other stated meals. Basic First-aid will also be provided.
Entry tickets, flights and other travelling expenditure outside of the trip itineraries, shopping (of course), and any activities done outside of the planned trip itineraries will not be included in the price of the tour. In addition, any medical expenses on top of basic first aid will have to be covered by your insurance company.
We will not be able to share other customer information with you due to data protection. We can tell you how many people in total will be on the same tour as you nearer to the commencement of the trip but not their names or any other data. You could maybe try looking online on forums or social media websites to see if anyone is taking the same tour as you?
Every trip is different. If you are taking a trekking trip then of course you need to be fit enough to walk uphill for several hours at a stretch. For sightseeing and big city trips, you do not necessarily need to be very fit but still expect a lot of walking, sometimes in harsh temperatures! Some of our trips are designed in a way that old people, parents of toddlers and people that are unable to walk a lot can easily take.
Once you have booked the tour, our local experts will get in touch with you and provide you with a culture guide. Other than that, it is always good to read-up on the culture of the country you’re planning to visit and know what kind of clothing/behavior is acceptable.
It is the responsibility of the tour coordinators to ensure everyone is kept well informed. Around the commencement of the trips, a WhatsApp group will be formed for all the participants to communicate and coordinate. You can however, opt out of it if you wish. In that case, your main person of contact will be the tour coordinator.
Safety
The type and size of bag varies from tour to tour. You may contact our experts for advice.
You may cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the trip with a full refund. Any cancellations after that would be non-refundable.
You can book your tour as soon as it becomes available on the website. The latest you can book it is up to a week prior to the commencement date of the tour.
You will be provided with basic first-aid as a part of the tour package however; any other medical expenses will have to borne by your insurance company. The trip coordinators will have information on good hospitals in the proximity and will guide you there as well as provide conveyance. It is a good idea to keep your essential medication such as painkillers with you all the time!
If the tour is to a place where there may be a security issue, you will have guards accompanying you and ensuring no unfortunate incident takes place. Other than that, incidents happen.
