A surprising fact about Pakistan: it’s where you can find the second largest salt reserves on the planet. Supposedly, they were discovered by Alexander the Great. The Khewra Salt Mines are a glistening underground world of orange, yellow and pink crystals. Among the caves, replicas of Pakistan’s landmarks have been carefully crafted, including a model Badshahi Mosque.

Bedtime doesn’t need to be boring, and sleeping a quilt of stars in the middle of the Pakistani desert is anything but!
